Portable spot welding machines with integrated transformers are a very interesting alternative for conventional welding machines which transformers are located at a certain distance from the welder.

Integrated transformer concept allows to built in transformers with lower power ratings, thus reducing the level of electromagnetic field in the working station.

Another very important advantage compared to conventional welders and an argument to implement the integrated transformer guns is the reduction of spare parts cost (cables).

The appropriate balancing and rotation systems enable the smooth and safe handling of the IT welding gun. The machines are compatible with most of the welding control equipment used in Europe.

The offer range is very complex and shall suit all Customer’s needs and expectations. Depending on the requirements, welding guns can be fitted with standard 50 Hz transformers with power range between 23 to 103 kVA or medium frequency transformers 1000 Hz with 50 to 250 kVA.
