Resistance welding process requires to implement modern methods of checking the produced weld joints to make sure their quality and durability is meeting all the technical requirements.

One of the most advanced ways to detect the flaws in the spot weld structure are the
NDT tests (Non Destructive Tests) performed with the highly specialized ultrasonic systems.

Our offer includes the state of the art, strongly miniaturized portable instrument – the
"Mini Scanner" which is an excellent alternative to the usual expensive and time-consuming destructive testing methods.

The "Mini Scanner" is the handheld high resolution scanning system enabling the direct presentation of the A-scans and C-scans (easy to evaluate top view of the scanned area) on the touch screen and the exchange of the stored data via USB or WiFi.

The instrument can be also applied for testing of the projection welded joints (nuts, bolts) and riveting joints. Device scan time has been substantially reduced and takes just about 5 seconds.
